Landscaping Color Scheme/Combo Ideas

I'm to the point where I'm ready to start landscaping my town and planting all of my trees, bushes, and flowers. My town's name is Auburn and I want it to be an autumn-based town, so I was wondering: what combinations of plants would you put in this kind of town (different flower breeds, colors, etc)? And what kinds of bushes would you mix with sweet olive starts that would look good in the fall?

Also, what's YOUR town's theme outdoors? What gardening combinations have you used in your town?

I use all colors in my towns.

I like mixing yellow and orange together. Orange lilies mixed with yellow tulips looks nice too.

Oh, and red roses mixed with any yellow flower is also very nice.

I'm not sure where mine is going yet, but I think I'll end up using most of the flowers and colors; so far, I have orange pansies with sweet olive bushes with a red tulip between each bush. I also have white azalea bushes bordering a path to Puddles house, with pink lilies touching the house (since the bushes have to be a space away to grow); I have Jacob's Ladders in between one white azalea bush that is bordering the path to Puddle's house and a pink azalea bush that leads to the event plaza.

My town is based in the fall as well, and the colors I'm using is pink, white, and purple. In one spot of my town, I have a checkered display of gold and pink roses around a bell with money trees, but the only other trees I plan on having are regular, perfect cherries, peaches, and cedars. I'm still not sure on what flower combos to use, and how to arrange the, but that's the colors I know I want to use. c: Oh and I mostly use sweet-olive bushes, with the occasional azalea. Before I started to redo my town, I used holly bushes and they looked pretty good. I've seen them used in other fall dream towns too. Hope that helps and good luck with your landscaping~! ^^

I would use red, yellow, orange and white roses. Personally I am going with white, blue, and gold roses: a very pretty, but very expensive color scheme.

For autumn colors, I like:

black lilies and gold roses
cosmos combination of orange, red, white, pink, yellow - very pretty in a field of flowers
orange and pink - variety of flowers

My town is fairytale colors - lots of pink, purple, gold, white, pink
