Kicking villagers out without tt

I was just curious if there was a fast and proven way to kick out villagers without needing to tt. I want to get rid of a few villagers but don’t what to tt in case my game glitches, (in my last island I tt and then one of the villagers got the ‘I’ve move out plot glitch’)

I think the glitch is not related to TT. Because I've cycled thru 6 villagers already by TT. I think it is a matter of luck if the voided villager of the last person you traded with is glitched or not.

I must have had really bad luck bc the first time I tt in this game and only for one day kiki glitched out on me

Where did Kiki come from? Did you get her from someone, or find her yourself on island?

I did I trade and she was an amiibo, for some reason I could also ask her to join my island twice So it was probably those two reasons and not tt. The seller was really nice and helpful about it and refunded me.
Have you traded with other players and those villagers haven’t glitched out?

The reason Kiki was glitched was due to an issue on the seller's side, either because the seller had a glitched void or because Kiki was an amiibo. So far there have been no reported glitches due to TT.

The game will generate 1 move-out request once every 11-20 days. There is no way to speed up the process, so unless you are willing to TT, you will just have to wait the 11-20 days out in real time.

From what I know, the only proven way to kick a villager out without tt is Amiibo. Amiibo cards can be pretty cheap depending on where you look. When you have 10 island residents and scan an Amiibo, you get the option of who to remove from your island to make room.
