edit; so I'm watching it and stuff and I see that you do this when you think a new animal is moving in but can you not move an existing villagers house..?

I really, really like your map! It IS unique! I love the beach-ramps-thingy. More pros? Re-Tail being placed close to the station, only 2 lakes (I love their placement), little secret beach, peaches (I love them~), river facing an unusual direction (which means your waterfall is pretty uncommon), the area on the top right corner (I love these, you can make it your secret spot, like a secret base, or a hidden garden!) and more! n_n You'll own this map perfectly fine! If you decide to plot reset, you can place your neighbors along the river or within the top right square, under the river. It'll be great!

yes, I love retails location and I love when it has a little pond near it and I like to think maybe reese and her hubby goes outside and relaxes on a bench next to it to watch the sunsets together {I always put a pretty bench pwp next to it!} and I'm excited for the secret beach and yes-- peaches are adorable!!!
the strip of land I am definitely doing either a campsite or an orchard of some sort ♡
and I will be looking into plot resetting this afternoon and possibly attempting it. never done it, and I'm nervous!

i've never seen a secret beach with that much space before, i'm jealous! that'd look so cute with a secret spot for sunbathing! very unique! love the house placement as well, i like it when the houses are looking out at the ocean like that. also that name is just adorable.

a negative, well it is a personal thing. but I like my town hall to be relatively close to my train station. that is my terrible sickness for neatness.

I know the secret beach is pretty cute and has some potential! I'm excited to see what I can think up!
and thank you, yeah inside he house you can hear intensely loud waves and it's nice to be there when I'm stressed <3
and thank you, my other town was named chai tea and my second one will be named tea cake probably hehe

the house placement is super relaxing, I like it!
and I agree, my past towns all had town hall nearby but I also don't really visit it much-- even then I'm going to have a slanted bridge leading to it <3
I will definitely do that! also-- check my tumblr often, I'll post updates there mixed in with other peoples towns I find to be cute ^^
once I get the town going and have lots of oaths, pwp, etc., you're more than welcome to visit sometime! <3
