I'm not really looking to trade him for other villagers, just for bells/crowns, whatever's easier. I'd like to expand my house and such, but I don't have the bells to do so yet.

Guys, guys, the 30mil is the BUYOUT price. Rarely does anyone actually buyout an auction, unless they're really desperate and/or have lots of money to spare. The actual price people are probably going to pay will be 15mil-20mil ish.

I lowered the buyout to 25 mil so hopefully it'll be a bit more reasonable if someone wants to buy him out! I'd prefer to get him out sooner than later, since I have someone waiting to adopt another villager of mine.
