Jacobs ladders?

How often should jacobs laders appear on the cliff edges once you have a perfect town? Ive had a perfect town for like three in-game weeks and i've only gotten one. Is that normal? Also bonus question: what flowers would look good with jacobs ladders for a forest town? I cant decide what flowers to use with them. Thanks

They're random~ so yeah, low appearance rate is absolutely normal. As for what looks good with them...I've no idea. I think lilies along the water would look nice and natural-foresty, though, but I'm a big advocate of that anyway, so.

I'm pretty sure they don't have a guaranteed appearance just because you have a perfect town. I remember I got perfect town for one day a while ago and no Jacob's Ladder's appeared at all. I think it is just random.

As for flowers that would look good with them - I'd go for the white lilies! Honestly, any variation of a white flower (asides from the "white" violets/pansies) would look very nice with them. I also like mixing whites and pinks together, so perhaps some pink cosmos could go with them as well?

for your bonus question, i love pairing my jacob ladders with a mixture of white violets, white carnations, dandelion puffs, and white pansies! if you want a pop of color, black/orange cosmos can never go wrong! i think it depends greatly on what kind of pwps, paths, and & etc. you have for your forest-themed town.
