This is a bit of a difficult situation then. You posted first, but Laverre showed up while you were gone.
If it's alright, I'd like to give her ten minutes to claim him. If she disappears, he's yours.
I don't want to ask people to be around all the time, and I totally understand. I already gave her the heads up, though, and it wouldn't be fair of me to take that away without a chance. ^^; Gotta go with who's available.

Sorry, as per my rules I don't take reservations. If he's in your town then you'd also have to cycle 16 villagers in order to adopt him again, and mine will be out before the day is over.
I understand your situation, but I'm also not big on giving my villagers up to people who've already had them and are willing to let them go because of placement. I'm hoping you don't take this the wrong way, but these are my personal feelings. ^^;
