For the life of me I can't understand why Rasher isn't more popular. He looks so roughed up and devious, which is perfect for the cranky personality.

I imagine that unfortunately that might be part of the reason he isn't. The "cuter" villagers usually seem to be the ones more sought out, so villagers like Rasher can fall under the radar. It's a shame, and it makes them so hard to get. D;
But I'll keep you updated, no problem. Sometimes they appear on Tumblr (I saw Rasher last week) so I would suggest keeping an eye out there, too.
