I love having towns with different languages/regions. Adds a lot more variety to what you can do.

Im learning Deutsche because im moving there but both of my 3DSs are American. I am looking into getting a Japanese 3DS. There is an Eevee one I reaaaaallllly want.

Otherwise my towns are all English aside from town and character names. Its lame.

I speak English and Maori. And basic German.

I know the Eevee one. Get it get it. It's worth the money. Japanese 3DSs are great.<3
I think it's good to know as many languages as you can. At the very least, it's pretty fun and leaves a lot of openings for opportunity. I remember I tried taking German in middle school, but my teacher assigned us German names. I didn't like mine, she didn't like me, so I quit. XD
