It's 7AM and Dotty is still asleep?

I thought peppy villagers wake up at 7AM, that's what Thonky, Nookipedia, and the wiki says. I heard a rumour that she's moving soon, so I need to stop her.

Do peppy villagers actually wake up at 7AM, or am I wrong?

I think it's a "in general" thing.
I also have Dotty in my village and she isn't always awake at 7am...

I think it is 9:00 AM

If she is still not up at that time.....BLOW UP HER HOUSE.....I doubt she will be able to sleep through that!
