Is this a possible glitch?

Hi! So um, my mom has been having troubles with her Nook Stop. After she reaches at least somewhere between 7 to 9 days in a row of accessing it, it literally resets the next day even though she keeps doing it everyday. Is it suppose to do that? Or is this a glitch? Anyone else experiencing this?

No it's supposed to just keep doing 7 days amount of nook miles when you reach that, not reset completely (or at least it does for me). Sounds like you might have a glitch? I'd wait for a few more answers.

I've never had that happen in my game. It just gives me the 7+ days miles every day. Have you (or your mom) been time traveling at all?

should hit the max of 300 per day once you reach 7+ days and continue to give that amount. so you're saying on the 8th day it goes back to 50 etc?

As someone whose mom also plays Animal Crossing, my money is on - she missed a day. Also, it's the ABD machine (or whatever it's called) that keeps track, not the Nook Shop. If she's just accessing the Nook Shop on her Nook Phone, that doesn't count.

Nope, no time traveling.

Yep, it just goes back to the 50 and starts all over again. :/

Yes, she has been accessing the abd or Nook Stop everyday and not the Nook Shopping on her phone.

We've had this happen a few times in my house too where we swore we had used the actual machine every day but then the streak broke.

It's not really a big deal though. You can just do a few Nook Miles+ goals and it more than makes up for the mileage loss.

I don't know about OP, but I was not. I haven't played couch coop since the first few days since, well, couch coop is terrible in this game.

Weird. I wouldn't be surprise if it was buggy since it is buggy in couch co op. I don't care enough about 300 miles for it to bother me.

No, my mom and I both own Switches and two different islands, so definitely not couch co op play. I guess it really is a bug in the game. So weird...
