I second Nook Exchange. You can use this Twitter bot to create a list of items from a video of your catalog, and all you have to do is check off the variations. It's super convenient!

I use one nobody has mentioned yet: nookplaza! VillagerDB has a lot of useful features though, but I prefer nookplaza’s interface.

If only nook exchange would have a list of flowers as well... Tried adding them and couldn't find them.
