Is anyone else a bit upset that we are not getting these AWESOME PC items in NH?

Yeah all the items right now are pretty basic, which is good in the beginning but all of the potential... 😍

We need to remember that the game literally just came out last month. It's a brand new game. We can't expect it to have all this content right away. I'm sure in the future, there will be some really cool updates with cute items, but for now we should be appreciating what we have, not complaining about what we don't have.

Probably going to get hate on this one, but this is just what I think. But literally they didn't need to give us this brand new animal crossing game. But they did and i just think people need to get over it and enjoy the game for what it is. :cautious:

But surely you have to pay for these items and new horizons only just came out the bunny event and nature day and more to come are coming this way and I honestly can’t wait what’s gonna be in store for us

idk anything about 3D modeling but would it be easy for them to port these into acnh? would be really neat if they did

Yes, they could easily port these models over. They would just have to up res the textures for the switch.

It is upsetting that they aren’t tranfering some of this stuff over. Even if I don’t condone this sort of thing (seeing how The Sims is with this type of DLC)... At least make them cheap DLC packs.

i really need all of pocket camps items in new horizons at some point - i’m desperate ;u;

I agree some of the pocket camp items are nice but I'm not a fan of the fortune cookie system and the microtransactions. I hope they add more items and furniture and especially some of the basic sets that are currently missing but I never want to see fortune cookies or microtransactions in NH.

There are so many amazing items in Pocket Camp! I really wish New Horizons had those birch trees with the tv screen hanging between them! You could make a cute drive-in with that and the race car beds!

Please remember that Pocket Camp also makes you pay for all those cool items with a premium currency, which is what enables their creation. I don't want microtransactions coming to New Horizons.

I think we also need to remember that Pocket Camp is managed by a completely different developer and we aren’t sure whether or not Nintendo will allow them to work together to bring the furniture sets to NH. As much as I would *really* like to have the furniture sets in PC, I’m not sure if Nintendo would be up to that, but I would be more than happy if I’m proven wrong though.

But srsly tho the furniture in PC is so much better than most of what we currently have in NH and I think it would probably bring much more longevity to the game if they actually do add them in because people are going to spend lots of time collecting them.

I love all the PC furniture that I've seen (I never played it so there's probs a lot more idk about) and I'm sure some of it will come over to NH soon enough! They should do more of those crossover events similar to the campsite stuff that they did when the game launched. c: I'd be happy with that!

It does share a developer though, Nintendo EPD. The other developer listed for Pocket Camp is a fully owned Nintendo subsidiary. They developed all the Mario Party games (and Amiibo Festival). There wouldn't be any hoops they'd have to jump through to bring the PC items over to NH, like if it was developed by a second or third party company. It's just up to Nintendo themselves if they even want to transfer them over. They've already done a couple of things, like what Romaki showed earlier, the fortune cookie stall. Others they've transferred over are the campsite sign and the Ok Motors van. If anything, those are hopeful signs of a possibility in the future.
