hmmm i use Internet explorer mine is really fast thoXDwhen i got at&t U-verse it got updated so sense then no problems.well there is one,my bro likes to make little jokes and then program the things into the computer so i always get a screen that comes up and says"im sorry you cannot connect to this(website name here)when the monkeys come to help give them this info

It is true that your browser is often more limited based on your connection speed. But the speed we speak of is of the program itself, which is a lot less important than the connection speed, but hey the time can build to seconds, and seconds could theoretically matter.
