Info Regarding Traveling Merchants' / Island Visitors' Schedules!

Wow thank you for sharing this! It's really lame that Kicks and Leif are guaranteed once a week. I'd rather Redd and Gulliver be weekly since I never see them and I prefer what they have to offer more. I swear Redd has only been on my island once after the museum upgrade with four fakes lol

Darn, I wanted to know Celeste if she had a schedule. Guess she's as random as Wisp since Isabelle stopped talking about meteor showers since she first announced one.

It would be nice if we could have one plaza visitor and one roaming / beach visitor on the same day. That way, Leif, Kicks, K.K., and Label could all fit in a week as well as Saharah, Gulliver, Redd, CJ, Flick, and Daisy Mae as the roaming visitors.

That's interesting that they're locked to dates per system/island. It'd be nice if they would give each island one guaranteed meteor shower per constellation cycle, though. I haven't had a single meteor shower under Taurus and I'm starting to get a little antsy about having to wait all the way until next year for maybe another chance.

Many wonderful friends from my personal life, who all live in the northern hemisphere and have the same garbage meteor shower luck as I do during these months

Interesting! I was just theorizing recently wondering if some of these random villagers are weighted or something. I track my NPC visits and I have gotten Saharah every single week. I've also gotten Gulliver pretty much every week, but maybe that's just luck.

I wish they wouldn't make Leif guaranteed on weekdays though. He can also show up on Sundays, which means you can get him twice in 1 week. I already have once or twice.

This is really interesting to know. I agree with others that Leif shouldn't be one of the weekly visitors and that Red or Gulliver would be better.

Yeah, I kinda wish Redd and Leif swapped places, so that Redd would be guaranteed to be a weekly visitor. I feel like Leif isn't as important tbh, as you can just bulk buy his bushes and be done with him for awhile lol

That's literally what I did... I bulk bought 50 of all of his starts by going to friends the first day he came and I've never bought from him since >___> Whereas I've only seen Redd twice....

Is Wisp limited to once a week like the other visiting characters? I feel like I remember seeing him two days in a row, but maybe one day was Saturday and the next day was Sunday, so it was technically two different weeks, I don't recall the days of the week they were.

its good to know that the meteor showers are set in stone! im guessing it similar to how the merchants are assigned certain dates? (such as redd always being on a set date, allowing for you to TT back and forth to get more artworks?)

The merchants aren't locked to a set in stone date like meteor showers are. The merchants are decided each week, Monday at 5am. TTing outside of the week will change up the merchants

Celeste is connected to the weather (info from dataminers). Apparently, she can only appear on some sunny weather days (no clouds), and a maximum of one time a week. Wisp can appear randomly once a week max iirc...

Also, they should have made Redd a regular M-F visitor and not Kicks. Has anyone ever started up their game and been glad to see Kicks?
