Pokémon If you were a Gym leader....

Fairy type! Level-wise, I'm not totally sure. My gym would probably be meteor themed, and very otherworldly and dreamy. I'd have at least one clefairy, and perhaps togekiss and gardevoir? It's hard to decide... But clefairy is my favorite pokemon and very important to have represented somehow.

My secret base in Omega Ruby is designed to resemble a fairy gym, and is located at meteor falls and filled with little clefairy plushies... The pokemon I use if you battle me are azumarill, gardevoir and mega altaria, if I'm not mistaken. (I decided to only use Hoenn natives)

I think I would be the Electric Gym.

For my first Pokemon, I would have Magnezone with Analytic and Volt Switch, Thunderbolt and Flash Cannon.

Then I would have an Electivire with Wild Charge, Earthquake and Ice Punch.

My next Pokemon would be an Ampharos with Thunderbolt, Signal Beam and Power Gem.

On my rematch, my Ampharos Mega Evolves and gains Dragon Pulse!

Haha, when I first saw this thread, I immediately thought 'an early game Grass gym leader', and that's exactly what Jarrad said. I'd like to be really annoying and use leech seed, ingrain, mega drain, synthesis, etc. A team maybe of Bayleef, Oddish and Lileep?

I think it'd also be a ton of fun to be mid-game Normal user with a bunch of Baton Passers (Gym could look like a running track?). Team of Furret, Girafarig and Ambipom.

Honestly, I'd want to be champion, simply because I can't decide on a type.

Ghost and normal are some of my favorites, but the fact that they're completely ineffective against each other would give me a disadvantage against trainers with pok?mon of the opposite type. Plus, normal isn't effective against any types. If I went with ghost, though, it'd be a haunted house, I guess. For normal, maybe a caf?.

Fairy is really cute, and I honestly love a lot of the fairy pok?mon, but I really don't know how to use it, since I don't have any fairy pok?mon in my team (I wanted to have a Sylveon, but at the time nobody was sure how to evolve it, and my Eevee forgot the only fairy move it had). As for the theme, maybe a candy shop.

Grass is also a great type, but it doesn't really stick out to me that much. Theme would be a garden.

Bug and poison are, like fairy, types I'm not used to. Even though they're probably great to work with, I don't use them or battle against them often enough to know their strengths and weaknesses. Plus, there probably aren't enough that would be cute. No idea about a theme.

Poison, Ice, Dark or Water Type for me.

I think I'd be like the 6th or 7th Gym leader. Id like to be one of the elite four but I aint good

Dark type. I'd probably be one of the later battles since dark types can be tough to defeat.

My party: Sableye, bisharp, malamar, purrloin and mega absol

Early or Late game Ghost gym. I really would like to be in the Elite 4, but a gym leader is good, too. Plus, if I was an Elite Four member, I'd be a Grass type trainer.
Low lvl team: Gastly, Misdreavus
High lvl team: Mismagius, Gengar, Drifblim, Chandelure

(Bonus- My Grass team: Roserade, Vileplume, Serperior (if we can't use starters, Bellossom), Chesnaught (if we can't use starters or if we can only use one starter, Leafeon), Breloom, and Whimsicott

I would maybe be a Fire-Type Gym, and even though it's one of the simple types, I would still like to be the 8th gym. My gym would have pools of lava for decoration, and there would be walls of fire that you would have to get passed. You have to battle trainers to extinguish each flaming wall. It's a simple concept, but I personally like it. My team of five contains the following Pok?mon:

-Houndoom
-Camerupt
-Arcanine
-Rapidash (I'm sorry I love it too much)
-Mega Charizard X (So then water types will have a bit more trouble)

Grass Steel and Ghost are my fav types, but seeing as how Steel and Ghost are more suited to elite four/ champions I would be a grass gym leader. I would highlight the diversity and variety of plants there are in the world and the quirks of these plants too. It would be a high sixth or seventh level gym... I would have a Roserade, Trevenant and Ferrothorn. It would be set up like a city with buildings and just everything overgrown with weeds, kudzu, and grass, like a deserted or abandoned city with vine ladders up and down buildings.

I would be dark type with a gym similar to the poison gym in Kanto, and would be the last gym.
I would use Absol, Shiftry, Sharpedo, Pancham, Honchkrow, and Umbreon

I would either be electric or fairy.

Electric gym would have loads of guitar amps everywhere. Walking in front of some giant amps towards the gym leader/me would stop you and bring up some sort of message like "It's too loud, don't wanna damage your ears" or something preventing you from passing (I've seen stupider reasons for things in Pokemon).

You have to go down like 3 mini puzzle mazes to turn them off where there are 'guitarist' trainers battle you, mostly with Jolteons, Shinx and Luxios.

My team would be Jolteon, Emolga Luxio and an OP/higher leveled Luxray. Probably be about the 5th gym.

For the fairy gym, you have to choose the correct path from 8 different colored paths. If you choose the wrong one you have to battle somebody. If you choose the right one you then have to choose between 7 paths. Again, wrong one = trainer, correct = choose from 6 paths. This will continue until there are only two paths left, at the end of one of those paths you'll find the gym leader/me on a cloud at the end of it.

The paths and which one is correct each time will follow the "I can sing a rainbow" song, with the correct path being the order the colors are mentioned in that song.
Red and yellow and pink and green,
Purple and orange and blue.
I can sing a rainbow,
Sing a rainbow,
You can sing one too!
There are 7 colors in the song but I said 8 paths. This was on purpose.

My team would be Granbull, Dedenne, Azumarill, Gardevoir and a Mawile that will probably mega evolve. This one would probably be 7th or 8th.

Ideally I would like electric but my idea for fairy honestly sounds a lot better/more thought through now that I've read it back to myself. Seems like it has the overall more unique idea to it.

Totally picking fire. It's my favorite type and also has some of my favorite pokes. I think it'd be the last or second to last gym and set in a hot spring cave where everything is covered in steam, and you have to get past each geyser, until the fog has cleared a pathway.

My team based on fav's:
Ninetails (Drought)- Flamethrower, Solar beam, Confuse ray, Roar
Trusty Talonflame (flame body) - Flame charge, Acrobatics, Steel wing, Roost
Houndoom (Early bird)- Swagger, Foul play, Overheat, Nasty plot
Chandelure (flame body)- Hex, Will-o-wisp, Overheat, Double team
Typlosion -(blaze) Eruption, Earthquake, Smokescreen, Wild charge
Pyraor -(Rivarly) Endeavor, Fire blast, Noble roar, Wild charge

Omg idk why, but the idea of a Grass type gym being set in an abandoned city covered in vines and plants sounds really unique and appealing to me.... :)

Normal type gym leader,
High leveled gym,
5 Raticates and a Staraptor,

The gym would probably look like a bomb shelter. A square room with invisible tiles laid out in a swirl pattern, and you get blown up and sent back to the entrance if you land on one of them.

LOL, perfect. Just keep biting the challenger to death till they give up. :')

If I were to create a Gym, then what type would I do...?

I think I'll screw the type thing and go with a Wild Card on this one.

The Pokemon I'd like to use will be decided later, but one of them can Mega.

i'd be the 7th gym leader with dragon type and with 1 mega evolution. team will consist of hydreigon, garchomp, goodra, flygon and mega altaria. i think i can be the elite four with this team lol

Another idea I had was an electric gym (probably 5th)

in the center would be a giant pokeball and 5 gym trainers, each next to a generator. Each of them would have the 'Pikachu' of one gen (Pikachu, plusle/minun (that would be a double battle), Pachirisu. Emolga, dedene (or however it's spelled)) Then, once their all defeated, the giant pokeball opens to reveal me.

My team would be Magneton, Flaffy, Manectric Luxio, Electrik, and Heliolisk
