If You Found Your Dreamies on NMT Islands, Who Were They and How Did You React?

Thank you, I'm hoping it does lolYeah, I feel very blessed for stumbling upon him so early, that's something I did absolutely not see coming! I hope that luck will strike you, too
It also kind of feels like a teaser when they finally do move in - there's always that dreadful day of unpacking
Looking back at all my trips, I feel like I really got lucky in finding my dreamies:
(1) Audie; She was one of the 3 villagers to move-in (alongside the Lazy and Normal villager). Tbh I wasn't even trying to look for her, as I wasn't really a fan of hers--that was until I encountered her on my last ticket (7th ticket??). Needless to say, that trip alone was enough to convince me that I needed her on my island.
(2) Marshal; I think I got him in less than 10 tickets (maybe around 5-6??). I wasn't even trying to find him either lol, but it just happened
(3) Molly; I got her on my 4th ticket and I almost screamed. I was shocked because I wasn't expecting to find her so soon. It was funny because when I got to the island, there was no villager in sight. I was about to leave when I bumped into something hiding behind a tree and lo and behold, it was Molly
(4) Judy; So although this took me more tickets than my last few runs (35 tickets), I feel incredibly lucky to have found her in less than 100, let alone 50 tickets. I was prepared to spend my whole savings account to find her, but glad I got to spare my Nook Points in the end.
The only other dreamies that aren't mentioned are Beau and Agnes, as I received the two via villager trading here. My remaining villagers, though they are not dream villagers, I also found in less than 10 tickets, and they are ones that I am totally content with at the moment (Merengue, Zucker, Marina, and Flurry).

I just can't choose. XD I am still determined to look for Kid Cat. Planning to do another island hopping next weekend.
I really do commend on your luck though when island hunting. You were able yo get your dreamies. My list of might have villagers are growing too like Lolly, Molly, Dom, Sherb and Diana. It's really a shame that we could only have 10. It seems not enough.
i’ve technically found two of my dreamies during island tours, but one of them wasn’t a dreamie when i got him so i’m not sure he counts lol.
dobie has been a dreamie since before the game came out and when i finally found him, my reaction was a little delayed as i couldn’t see him properly lol. but once i could, i may or may not have started screaming his name like a crazy person

Diana. She is my ultimate dreamie and I found her after about 47 trips. I literally screamed and almost cried because I love her so much.
I thought I would’ve had to spend an arm and a leg for her to try to get her, but the animal crossing gods blessed me. :’)

Maddie became a dreamie after I rescued her from a Nook Tour, I wasn't intended on her staying but she definitely is now. Same with Walt.
Vivian was the last one I found, she's one of the only Snooty villagers I like so I was very pleasantly surprised.
I found Pietro after I finally got Klaus (my campsite villager) to move, and I was incredibly happy.
Egbert was on my first ever Nook Tour. I generally don't like the chickens, but I do like Egbert a lot. I snagged him and I don't want him to leave, ever.

I ALSO FOUND SHERB AND LUCKY! Lucky's not a dreamie of mine, but I'm holding onto him for my bf!! Lucky is honestly the sweetest thing.

I found my girl Whitney today! I'm not particularly looking for dreamies at the moment since I'm on a mission to collect all the villager posters, but Peggy moved out today leaving an open spot and I used a NMT to go get someone new... and she was there on the island waiting for me! I have two dreamies now and I'm going to do my best to try and avoid getting any more for the time being, if I have too many it'll be difficult to get the others to leave.

I found Gala on my second island of the day, when I was ready to do 10+ island runs. My heart started to race a little and I got the same feeling as like a good gacha roll or finding a shiny pokemon lol. It was really exciting, and as soon as I could I took pics with her at the photo studio, talked to her a bunch, gave her gifts, etc.

I was so so happyI found Bam and Rowan both! I was super excited when I found Bam. I had been at it all day and was running out of tickets. I almost took a couple of other villagers, but I kept going and found him!
When I found Rowan, I was still happy, but a small part of me was disappointed as well. I had saved up so many points and tickets and I was all ready to do a bunch of island hopping that day, and then after a handful of islands Rowan just showed up. I mean, it was nice that I got to save the rest of my tickets (not that they ended up doing me any good), but I was kind of looking forward to going to a bunch of different islands. Still really glad I have him now though. He was one of my starting villagers in New Leaf and it felt weird without him.
I also found Zucker. He wasn't a dreamie when I found him, but he's grown on me a lot more in this game than he did in New Leaf.

So today I was hunting on an NMT island for a Cranky villager, and on my SECOND ticket of the day I found Cyd! He isn't a dreamie as of right now, but he may become one! Do any of you guys like Cyd?

So I suppose I have various levels of dreamies. Like I have the ones that I'm fairly excited about and the ones that I'm over the moon excited about. For example, I have found Flora and Molly on mystery islands so far. Those are both ones I'm fairly excited about and it took five tickets or less for each of them. I didn't freak out too much about them, and it was more of a subtle "yay." Now if I were to find some of my more significant dreamies (Marina or Rosie), I'd probably have a much more substantial reaction. Finally, if I found Raymond, I would probably need resuscitation because I'd be so excited I'd lose consciousness at the bare minimum.
Seriously. You found two new characters. LUCKY!!! Hahaha. Honestly I haven't done too bad with villagers from the island. I found Ketchup. Who I liked in pocket camp. So I thought, okay. I will let her move in so I don't get one of my friends ugly voided villagers. Turns out, I LOVE her in New Horizons. She is now a dreamie and one of my favourite villagers I have ever had. She is just so cute and acts like I am the best thing that walked this earth, or rather my NH character. Haha. I also got Merengue from the Island. She is so cute. Really like her. I will keep her a long time. But not sure I will forever. I really like her but don't feel the same connection with her as I do Ketchup. Which is so weird when you are talking about non-existence characters. LOL.

I found Audie on an island after I had gotten Freya the day before and when I saw Audie's back I was like "Freya again? Is that possible???"
Then I had found O'hare (Who was in my New Leaf town! He was an original!) and I was so excited to see him as while as with Deirdre!

my luck was more for finding other peoples dreamies aha (i found skye, dobie and roald and made a good amount off them) but i got audie on like the 4th ticket of a tour i did, and i got purrl with a throwaway ticket which was nice
So far I've only found 2 dreamies from islands. First one being Marshal in less than 10 tickets, which was incredible. I was really surprised more than celebratory. My second dreamie found was Bones. I had him in the original gamecube Animal Crossing as was determined to get him again. Always liked him and his library house. Took me about 40-50 tickets for Bones, and I celebrated even harder than Marshal. When I find Lucky though, I'm probably gonna open a bottle of wine.

I've traded for all of mine, but i plan on island hopping for raymond (unless i somehow magically amass a ridiculous amount of nmt in order to buy him), and possibly marshal and julian if auctions fall through. Reading this gives me hope lol
