If I have an infractions, will I not get welcome bells until it expires?

Hi, I recently got an infraction becauseIi posted a thread looking for a villager in the TBT Marketplace. I misread the sticky and thought we just couldn't use the [Buying] prefix, but it would be okay to just post looking for a villager. Whoops.

I was wondering if I would still receive welcome TBT's while my account has an infraction on it (it expires the 27th)?

Welcome bells are only for the day you register for TBT.

Oh, for some reason I got a lot of welcome bells last week... I thought they stopped because of the infraction. O~O

If I remember correctly, welcome bells are all spaced out so you won't get them as soon as you register like it used to.

The most likely scenario is that you've just received all the welcome bells available.
