You remind me of when I was over at a friend's house once...Grawr said:That's the main reason, pretty much. Not to mention I'm just used to it, and use it out of habit...Jubstan said:That's your reason this whole time?Grawr said:I use IE. D ;
I've got Firefox...but all my bookmarks are here (I've got a ton of them), and I never felt the urge to go to Firefox, and then re-bookmark all my stuff.
I don't really mind it too much.
Why didn't you tell us?
There's a billion ways to fix that.
On dial-up IE is better but on wireless FF is better.Tennis=Life said:IE is fine for me. It actually is faster than FF on my computer and in my opinion Internet Explorer looks a lot nicer than FF but that's just me (yes I do know that there are different themes and such but it just looks out of place on the computer screen). And I like looking at videos, pictures, etc. without having to download a plugin.
I've had nothing but problems with IE on my high-speed connection, but it's great when I use dial-up. Not that I like using dial-up.Tennis=Life said:I have high speed internetand IE still is faster than FF so I think you may have it backwards. FF probably works better with dial up than IE.

Oh what Operating System do you use? I use Vista or XP and I've noticed that IE works better on both.Koehler said:I've had nothing but problems with IE on my high-speed connection, but it's great when I use dial-up. What's wrong with Chrome? I don't use it (because I use a Mac), but I've tried it on Windows and it's really good. I'll get it when they make a Mac version, but I'll still use Firefox mostly. I use Safari every now and then, but I like Firefox best. Firefox FTW!SL92 said:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usage_share_of_web_browsers#Net_Applications
70%? Seriously? Luckily, the number of IE users is going down rather quickly. For those who haven't converted to Firefox yet, and judging by the general lack of coherent spelling on this forum a lot of you haven't, get it.
For those who have, high fives all around. For those using something besides IE and FF, all the power to you.
Unless it's Chrome.

There's an 8 now?Mickey said:I personally like using FireFox. However, on my school tablet, we're forced to use Internet Explorer 8 Beta. It's quite horrible.

That's what I said. At least it was a major improvement compared to what the computers had last year -.-Dragorium15 said:There's an 8 now?Mickey said:I personally like using FireFox. However, on my school tablet, we're forced to use Internet Explorer 8 Beta. It's quite horrible.
