I started playing acnh on tv more and...wow just like Jjba it's an experience

I like it on the big tv screen, but I can’t play it on mine because for some reason all the colors are over saturated so it hurts my eyes.

I play at a desk with a big monitor and my laptop right at hand... and WOW I love it! I used to prefer playing my Switch undocked, but since New Horizons I only play on the big screen--I adore it so much! I like having the option in general. But seeing Animal Crossing all blown up and crisp is truly wonderful. ;3;

I have played on the tv just a handful of times, but it is quite amazing.

I have a good tv for gaming, but unfortunately I can't play because my roommate is an uptight cussword who gets huffy whenever I play games. Lockdown problems lol.

Never mind the fact he has his own ACNH and switch, yet doesn't play it docked ever. When this stay at home order is done it is going to be so amazing to be home with no one in the house and play online with my surround sound. At least before and after 2pm.

I usually play it hand-held cos I like having my laptop to check/watch stuff while playing. I have played it on TV as well and it's amazing! I would definitely play it with a big screen a lot more once my pro controller gets here. The lock down created a huge delay in delivering and I am still waiting for the controller that I ordered like 3 weeks ago :/

I only play it on the TV when I'm in my partner's room bc his TV is super close, otherwise I play it handheld. It's not that different playing docked besides the fact that my battery doesn't run out after 2 seconds of gameplay lol.

i actually prefer to play on handheld? i'm sure this is an unpopular opinion, but i just find myself playing on handheld more often without any particular reason. i might try playing on my pc once i get some free time!

It definitely looks amazing. I can see the textures of the animals, like they are made from felt or some kind of fabric

I bought the limited edition animal crossing switch and haven't actually played on TV once... oops
maybe it's time I should. I think it would make me feel like when I was playing City Folk, that was so fun to play on the big screen

I sometimes play on a TV that does some magical work on blending frames. The game almost feels 60 FPS when docked there compared to any other screen.

I used to play City Folk on the wii years ago, but admittedly have not played New Horizons on the dock yet. I guess I’m just used to New Leaf, handheld 3DS style. Hummmmmmmmm >n> Ima try tonight

i rarely play on the tv because i like to lie on my bed and play and the tv is often occupied by somebody else, but when i do it’s really nice. the resolution is great and eveeything is big and beautiful

I kinda default to using handheld because I’m so used to playing games on 3DS/mobile and just recently bought a Switch (literally only for ACNH). I guess I also just prefer cozying up in bed with little handheld devices ;u;.
That being said, I do plug it into the TV every once it a while and it looks fantastic!

I love playing it on the TV! It brings back memories of playing the GC version in my basement as a kid. Plus the graphics are just beautiful!

I exclusively play on the television with the Switch docked. I've always preferred playing video games on the tv instead of handheld whenever possible, plus with all of the talk of how shoddy the Joy-Cons are with the drifting issue, I would never really feel fully comfortable using them.

I'm sure it looks amazing, but to me Animal Crossing has always been a handheld game. I'd prefer to watch something else on TV while playing, having ACNH on the big screen as my only thing honestly seems a little bit boring to me. That's why I wasn't even interested in City Folk either. But I'm sure it would be nice to see someone else play while you're just chilling!
