It might be better to talk to her in person. If she's any classes of yours you can talk about situational things (the work, etc). If she isn't then you might just wanna up and ask her out (also in person) if you guys don't know each other. ^^;; If you DO know her then I guess try to become better friends with her by asking her about herself and letting the convo grow from there.
