Over the past month and a half (ish), I've been working on writing and composing lyrics and music to my own original songs.

I just wanted to know if anybody knows of any Good Music software (Hopefully Free) where I can transcribe, and possibly record and sync music together?

Thanks.

I can do that, but I'm not sure I can sing it, my sister would have to do that...
Oh I wasn't asking anybody to perform the music for me, I was just curious if anybody knows any software where you can sync recorded tunes all together, and possibly end up with an Mp3 of the whole song.

Well Garageband is good but you have to own a Mac (yay me), Logic & Pro tools is good also but it's not free, ppl use to use Fruity Loops a while ago I don't know if it's still popular. I know it use to be free though.

Unfortunately you do need a Mac for Garageband it's apart of their iLife software

I know Logics is with Apple and can range to 500 bucks, I dont know if windows has it.
Logic Studio

Pro tools is like 200 + could be cheaper though and thats for Windows

Whoa That's way more than my budget can handle! :O My best bet is to probably stick with Audacity.

I'm looking on the site right now and it seems to be pretty good.

It's Shareware, and the Price is $64.95. I think what I'll do is get Audacity and maybe move to this. Thanks for your help though! :)

Because it's REALLY difficult to download keygens.
Uum what? Sorry, but I just have No clue what that is.

(I am computer savvy, but I've just never heard of a "keygen.") :gyroidconfused:

Keygen - Key generator, when you d/l a program it gives you the registration code for it so you don't have to buy the software..
