I literally traded him a million feathers and still haven't gotten the full set. He keeps giving me repeats and I have up to 7 of the walls now -3-" Not to mention I thought rainbow feathers got me something that I don't already have but there's also a chance of duplicates from the so called rare feather...I'm going to murder Pave soon lol!

I know how you feel. I did all of that "fun" Festivale stuff awhile ago. It's a bit easier with friends because then you can trade items.

It's the spring festivale from the game! It totally is when a peacock is ripping you off ._.

i think it's something that happens in february or it could be the thanksgiving event. I only know the names from the JP version of ACNL though so I'd need to do more research.

Dates change per year 2013 it was Feb but 2014 it's in march. It happens 40 days before Easter not including Sundays is what the guide book says!
