i hardly do any requests for the animals unless they do that little shocked emotion and i am currently not doing anything.

i mean unless you are extremely sentimental of that animal and want their picture for your collection, then yes helping them is very optional.

I personally believe that people should stop getting affected by hate, it really make us lose focus.
Well, if the idea of is befriending the animals and listen their requests then why blame the game mechanic?

Of course, everyone have their own way of playing, but that's how the cookie crumbles.
