I cant seem to get the dream suite or museum upgrade.

So I'm like 95% sure ive been mayor for over 7 days and i know ive donated over 50 items to the museum and there has been 1 of each thing donated. Fish, deep sea animal, bug, fossil, art.

But ive not been asked by either to do anything and neither thing is in my Public work projects list.

So what gives? Is there a specific time of day i need to go? Or should i just wait a few more days?

It's been a long time since I unlocked these, so I had to google the requirements, and this is what the internet's telling me:

For the museum upgrade, you have to have been mayor for at least 14 days. Some sites specify that you have to talk to Blathers for 14 days. After that, you should find him thinking in the museum and he'll give you the upgrade pwp when you talk to him.

For the Dream Suite, apparently you have to have connected to the internet at least once and already built a pwp. I suppose it's worth doing both just to be on the safe side (if you haven't already). Then you'll have to wake up Isabelle when you catch her sleeping at her desk.
