• Easter season is here! Here's what we have going on at The Bell Tree:
    • The egg decorating contest is back! Join TBT’s Fifth Egg Decorating Contest, now with two distinct categories: decorating and painting. Entries must be submitted by April 9th.
    • Starting this Friday at 7PM EDT, follow clues to search for eggs around the forum in TBT's Thirteenth Annual Easter Egg Hunt. New eggs will appear throughout the weekend and the hunt ends on April 6th!
    • Customize your profile by spending bells on any of our three recurring backdrops.

Right now, I'm trying to remove/delete a couple of topics/posts, and I can't figure out how to. I thought if you just clicked the "edit" button there would be an option, but there wasn't any...

Can anyone help me out here? Please?

Thanks.

Only moderators and administrators can delete or lock a thread. Just request it.

Usually stating in your post in the thread "I'd like this thread to be locked/deleted" is a suitable way of requesting, since moderators are usually scanning the boards.

OK, well I'll just go ahead and leave a message saying "I'd like this post/thread to be removed/deleted" and if that doesn't work I'll just PM one of the administrators, thanks to everyone who answered my question :)

You could use the report button at the top of the page.
Yeah I could. But I think thats silly reporting myself, seeing that you can get a % for that and then it would just cause a mess... Thanks though. :)

You don't automatically get a % warn with reporting, only mods/admins can give those. Reporting the threads only shows us what needs done, so it's safe to report a thread made by yourself so long as you tell us what needs to be done.

Oh OK, well thanks.
