How to know when there is an update

Is there some website that informs us of when an update is going to happen? If so please share ..

Not that I know of? I mean theirs datamining which shows possible new updates.

For the first major update (Bunny Day and Nature Day), they released a YouTube video. Otherwise, it seems that they release smaller updates unannounced.
