How old do you think certain villagers are?

I recently had two villagers talking to me about the themselves when they were younger- the difference being that Butch read as being distinctly older than Ken, who was complaining about his younger self- even though Ken doesn't seem all that old to me at all (I'd probably place him at about 20?).

But, yeah. Do your villagers have approximate ages? Is this even making sense?

I picture most Cranky villagers to be in their 40s XD
Peppys, jocks and lazys in their teenager years. (13-17)
Normal, Snooty smug villagers in their 20s.

I forreal won't age my villagers under 18, because I feel strange that they're living on their own if I do. Not that I don't know people who've had their own place by 16/17, but- yeah.

In my head, Lionel is like, 60. Gaston is somewhere around middle age, maybe 40's or 50's.

And Peppies are all 14. .-.

I assume all of them are at least in their young twenties considering they're out living on their own. I personally think of most of them as being in their 20s and the crankies and snooties in their 30s. So I think of all of them as being fairly young :3

PFF you say that now but nobody upgrades their house, or has more than one room- a lot of mine are missing beds, come to think of it...

I've thought about this myself and I guess I'll do my main town as I'm more attached to them.
Walker: 18, typical lazy teen boy. <3
Penelope: 13-18, not sure how old.
Felicity: 13-18, not sure how old.
Tangy: Whatever age the tomboy phase kicks in for girls.
Merengue: 19, motherly and mature in the sense that she looks after some of the younger villagers.
Marina: 13-16, naive and kind.
Lolly: pre-teen, naive and kind. (I like to think of her as the baby more so than any other villager.)
Fuchsia: 18, because she's going through the "rebel" phase.
Muffy: 22, because she seems more like an older sister compared to Fuchsia.
Diana: 22 or a bit older since she's a tad bit more mature, bit cold to the younger villagers.

It's funny because they're all running around in kids' smocks that I designed so I look like I'm mayor of a huge animal preschool.

Haha, this is a great thread.

I don't see their ages based on their personality - it's more of an actual character by character thing. Like, even though Lolly and Daisy are both normal, I see Daisy as much, much more mature. I have way too many villagers to list all their specific ages (as thought by me), but in general I guess the youngest would be peppy/lazy and the oldest are cranky/snooty.
