how many times have you restarted your game?

I've restarted twice, I got my game on new years of 2015 and I was so excited but I ruined the gameplay bc I ended up not liking my theme or dreamies and got bored really quick bc of time travelling. I hesitated restarting since I spent 100+ hours (not a lot compared to some but LISTEN) I decided it was quicker than destroying my whole town. I got a new town, seaglade, a few days in and I hated all my villagers so I restarted lmao, now im on my third town and hopefully third times a charm lol

In New Leaf, around 4 times. I've had Kamiki the longest, and it's by far my best town.

I have only done it once. The only reason was that my favorite villagers all moved away because i didnt play for a half a month.

Too many times. I just like setting the town up and finding ways to make it work, after that initial work it gets tiring to me after a few months.

My 2nd town I must have restarted around 5 times. My first town has been with me since 2013 but I'm only keeping it because I'm sentimental... I'm very tempted to start that one over too.

I have seven towns and have only reset one of them one time. Rather than reset, I just buy another town. Plus, I really adore all my towns.

i've only reset once! my first town, i felt it wasn't really getting anywhere. after i restarted, i was hooked again and ended up achieving a perfect town status in less time than i'd had my first town.

3 times so far. I just change my mind on landscaping, characters, etc. so when my town is finished I change it up.

I did twice at the beginning. But that was more to do with the colour and style of my hair since I knew I wouldn't be getting to change it for a long time. Needed something I could put up with. Had no idea that it changed the villagers you would start with though, and I remember initially that Wolfgang was in that first town I loaded up. I think I ended up with the word map of the 3 and my least favourite starter villagers in the end...but I had hair I could manage with.

restarted way more times than I can recall well over 20 times at least, I seem to settle into a town play it for about 2 or 3 weeks get bored, stop playing then pick the game back up and reset when all my villagers start saying they barely know me

oh gosh, way to many. i got the game for my birthday in 2013 and i only had the first town for a week or so before i reset for a first time >n<... the town i have now is the longest ive ever had a town, about a month.
edit; forgot to mention that vie had periods of up to 10 months when i didnt play at all because i was tired of resetting for a new map.

I've restarted so many times. Sometimes I wish I would never have started the first time but w/e
I cannot keep a town when I haven't played in a long while. But honestly I have this problem with ALL games: pokemon, mario, ANYTHING!

For parallel, I only restarted once and that was because Stitches decided to be a jerk and move out without telling me. I resetted Kalposia twice, but man, for hayashi, I'm pretty sure I resetted more than ten times. For some reason, I was never satisfied. Thankfully, I'm now more than happy with it now and I achieved all of my dreamies in all of my towns. So no more resetting for me (hopefully).
