How many scallops does it usually take you to find Pascal?

the most it’s taken me was 3 as i kept catching them when my pockets were full and i don’t think pascal will show up unless you actually put the scallop in your pocket lmao - if i’m lucky, he’ll only take 1 scallop to show up but sometimes, like today, it takes 2 scallops lol

Don't swim right next to a net or some awkward place. It could stop him from spawning as I found it sometimes did in NL.

3/4 times I got him after 1 scallop! But yesterday it took me 3 scallops to get him to appear which took around 30 minutes, I think??
