How many resets until you got a perfect map?

I got to over 100 resets and I'm getting frustrated. I even saw the map I wanted, but because the building placement is also random, the town square was plopped right in a TERRIBLE spot where I had needed the space. I almost cried at that point cause I'd logged in 6+ hours of resetting just to find my dream map was ruined by that one thing. I had spent time making the map I want to have everything perfect and the one setback ruined it. I'm so frustrated, it makes me want to give up on my second town.

Zero! I didn't reset at all. I took the second map choice.

you might hate me, but on my second load of the game, I got the ideal map I wanted with the placement of the town plaza, mayor's office, and re-tail exactly where I envisioned them.

I didn't get the grass I wanted (got squares) or the fruit (got apples, but at least it wasn't oranges), but I could live with those! XD
