Oh goodness, I love getting a solid eight hours of sleep, but I tend to get woken up before that. Sometimes I go on six hours of sleep, sometimes it's seven, and on the rare days that I sleep a little longer, I tend to feel extra tired after ten hours of snoozing!
I try to sleep for 7. I get it sometimes, but more often, my sleep is fitful with the occasional interruptions, maybe around 6 hours total. I think I get between 4-7 most nights. I slept more when I was a teenager (7-10 hours), which I learned is typical. Adults usually need 6-7 hours for optimal results. I can function for a day on 4-5 hours, but not usually more than one night of that.
I used to only need about only 8-10 hours of sleep, but ever since I got discharged from the hospital early this year, I’ve been needing at least 11-12 hours of sleep.
On weekends/vacation, i get about 8-10 hours of sleep (even if i go to bed at 1 am)
During school, I get about 7 hours.
Very rarely I get 5-6 hours in.
i think the fact that i'm mostly a heavy sleeper helps with this lol
Usually 10. If I even get 8, ya know, like a NORMAL person, the reccomended amount that the average adult should get, I get tired earlier. Idk why I need more sleep to function better. It's been like that for years since I was a teenager.
8-10 hours lol, and most of the time I naturally wake up after 6-ish hours, check the time, then sleep for another 4 hours. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper usually
But in sixth-form I used to legit only sleep 3 or 4 hours per night (or just go without sleep) throughout the whole week. I have no idea how I managed to pull that off and still pass my A-Levels. Hoping I don't start up that behaviour again for university
I generally sleep 5-8 hours per night depending on how late I go to bed, but I try to aim for 6 since that's the minimum I need to be properly functioning the next day
I usually sleep around 8-10hours nowadays. If work demands it, I will wake up early but I try to at least get 7 hours at minimum otherwise I will not function very well during the day....
My sleep pattern used to be terrible, and I also suffer from PTSD-induced insomnia so I sometimes struggle. I get between 7 and 8 hours nowadays though, and I try to be in bed for half 11 and asleep for midnight.
Lately, it's been around 6 hours a night, which isn't great. I'm one of those who need 8-9 hours or I get cranky. I've noticed my dyslexia gets more pronounced, too.
My sleep schedule got all turned around in October, while I was out after my surgery, so I'm trying to get back on track.
