how long does it takes for a 9th villager to move in?

Trying to cycle to get my dreamies and its taking so long to have the 9th move in.

uh 9th won't randomly move in. if you've invited someone they will plot in the nect few days, next day feom another town and 2 days from campsite i think. dunno about void pick ups

Isnt that the 10th? The 9th villager will always move in randomly
