How long did it take for you to get T&T Emporium?

How long did it take for you to get it? Mine just opened yesterday, and I've had the game since December 25th 2013, so mine took almost 5 months.

I TT'd as well, got really impatient and wanted bamboo shoots, only to regret as they spread like a disease xD

I'd say bout a month? I didn't TT until the 3rd upgrade.

Mine also took almost 5 months, June 22nd to November 11th.

Gracie took her(/his) own sweet time showing up the first and second times, and then visited the third and fourth times in quick succession -_-

I started my game on July 9, and i got my emporium in mid septemeber.

Got the game on the EU release date (June 14th), and it opened in early to mid September. I didn't TT for it either.
Passing those fashion checks was a nightmare.

Katrina's shop was the last one added to my Main Street. I often thought of visiting her shop while it was too late and missed out on getting a reading.

I got my game on June 27 last year, but I didn't get T&T Emporium until the 12th this month. That's over 10 months! It didn't help that I often missed Gracie since I don't play every day, and sometimes when Gracie was in my town, I didn't have any of the clothing she was looking for...

A little under four months but there was some TT'ing involved, to be honest.
