It's been a stressful week for me with too much to do...

How do you deal with stress?

And keep your posts appropriate. <_<

I either...

Find the closest pillow and bite it until my teeth hurt (odd right?)
or
Punch the closest object (usually a pillow)

O i c what you did... :l

Well, on a appropriate side, I like to play a long round of Black Ops on the 360... something about hearing a sniper rifle go off just has it's perks.

I also like to life weights and run a lot if I'm that stressed.

Or the usual, smoke.

Waiting patiently for OoT3D...I guarantee that's going to be an good stress release for me.

Do soething that requires your complete attention adn devotion. Like playing a game, seeing a movie, or do your homework and get a haircut ya' hippie!

There's a lot of things like playing games or watching television that helps relieve stress, but singing a tune or two always clears my mind and feelings. It's a great reliever for me.

Deal with it, stress has never really got to me. I'm generally a mellow person so I just roll with the flow.

try and have a good nights sleep, or games..movie..tv... im real depressed for this upcoming week..

school daily report and detention on tuesday :l

Exercise. Mow the lawn; go for a walk; go to the gym; etc.
not how i deal with it
but this is my suggestion for you, jer

i prefer being under a decent amount of stress.. if only because i feel like it's when the best things come out of me.

i laugh as a solution to everything in my life, so i probably laugh to ease my worries. i dunno.

I don't, unfortunately. I just kind of go with the flow. You could say I deal with (school-related) stress by getting my homework out of the way faster and in a more efficient manner.

Finding an outlet, for me I'd like to listen to music or pick up an instrument and play a tune. Painting can also work.

I just remember that whatever is stressing me is only temporary, and in the grand scheme of things, only a slight deterrent if it goes wrong.

Go for a walk or take a shower, something to relax me physically like that allowing me time to think.

Well, my old teacher/advisor used to say that the first thing you need to do is BREATHE. Just sit for like 5 minutes, and let the only thing you think about is your breathing.

On a similar note, try meditating. That can really work wonders for me, so maybe it'll work for you.

Unfortunately, I usually do what Ron does, like 97% of the time.

I also recommend listening to music, taking a nap, taking a shower, playing a sport, playing video games, watching your favorite TV show, hang out with your friends, draw a picture, write a story, talk to a friend (actually very helpful), and more! I sound like an infomercial :x

And one thing I usually do (although I normally do it when I'm trying to fall asleep) is come up with a story, and pretend you're the main character. I often give stories to video games that don't have one (for example, I once gave a very odd story to cooking mama)
