Hi gang,

I have a certain popular villager who is thinking of moving out, and I'm considering doing an auction for him, but I was just wondering how big (like, 5m+) IGB payments work? Do people usually pay in crowns? What do you do with crowns? Wait for a premium hat sale or what?

Or do people just do multiple trips of bell dumping to pay, since bags can only hold so few bells? Help me out, experienced trading folk!

Usually people will do either dropping the bells OR Retail method. Retail method is by the seller setting up in his/her Retail items and put the price 999 999. The buyer will come and buy the things. next morning, the bells will be automatically be in the ABD.

Retail is a much faster method~ I once did 20 mils for 30 minutes.

I think most use the "re-tail method" where you put flowers (or whatever) up for sale at 999,999 bells each in re-tail.

Edit: Yeah, what Irarina said. :p

I'm not sure this belongs in the train station board; probbly the AC NL board.

To answer your question, I prefer to use the Retail method. So when the buyer is coming over to your town to make a payment and pick up a villager, pick up a few regular flowers (or anything you want, really) and put them up for sale for 999,999 bells each. Ask the buyer to buy those at your Retails (so 1 mil each). The bells would be transfered to your ABD automatically the next morning (after 6 a.m. When new day starts). It's pretty convinient cuz there's no need to drop like 50 bags of money and pick them up, and no running to post office or ABD every few minutes.

Hope it makes sense c:

(Hahaha I'm too late xD. My stupid ipad kept making typos lol)
