Herb or "erb"?

i've never heard the 'h' pronounced unless it's a man's name, or if somebody's emphasizing the 'h' because they're making it clear they mean marijuana.

The word "herb" is not of English origin. This is the first i've heard that the Brits go around pronouncing the 'h.' I suppose across the pond they've decided to pronounce the 'h' in "honest," and in "hours" as well, lmao.

Compare to how you ordinarily don't hear Brits pronounce the 'h' in words like "he's," "his," "have," or "here," and it's little wonder they decided to get the 'ell out of the EU in an 'urry, 'ey!

I always pronounced it with in h, and still will. In HHD, Dora wanted an herb garden. Not a herb garden. That got me so confused, until I heard someone say it the erb way.

I say herb. I find it weird that the American pronunciation is "erb." I've never heard anyone around me pronounce it that way.
