Complaining to Isabelle is meant to get rid of custom design clothing that might have something naughty written or drawn on it.It does nothing for regular clothing you get at Able Sisters.I used to get villagers to change outfits by gifting them several copies of a clothing item I wanted them to wear.i sold a caveman tank to chelsea yesterday without thinking and she won't change when i complain to isabelle
