Help with connecting my DS to wifi at starbucks

I've been having issues getting my DS to connect to the wifi here at work (starbucks) and i'm not sure why. when you connect to the wifi here, you have to load your browser to connect to the home page and tap/click agree. but when i try to load up my browser it just says that it cannot be used at this time. i tried to check my connection settings but it just tells me to open the browser to connect. i've been having this issue for a few days and i have been able to connect it before. does anybody have any suggestions?

Well Sorry bud, you're gonna have to get some special homebrewing technology for your DS, or you'll have to buy a 3DS if you can't afford the Wiimmfi for DS.

I'm pretty sure no one owns a regular DS anymore, or at least actively uses one. She most likely meant 3DS

If you need to use the browser to actually connect to the wifi, I don't think it will. I've tried using my 3ds' with something like that but they're never able to connect.

have you tried skipping the whole agreeing on the website thing and just playing your game?
