need someone to come to my island to test my internet connection

Been trying to have someone come to my island to drop off some items and they can't connect. I'm not sure if the issue is on my end so I'm trying to test it.

Goodness, that's a long time. Are you available now by chance? I can try to help by visiting your island.

Someone else had the same problem and I tried to help and they thought it was due to security settings/firewall/stuff-beyond-my knowledge, or something. I am clueless on this stuff.

But I will do my best to help!
