Help placing Café!

I've finally moved in all my dream villagers except marina I think I might raffle her off on my birthday. Well I'd like some ideas on where to place my cafe or other pwp's. My dream address is : 5400-3595-3629 my town is only a couple of weeks old so please don't be too harsh! c: http://imgur.com/jb0uVB2 here's a picture of my town map! Loid is setting up donations for the cafe but I just let it to see if the cafe would fit there
