Help me fill out my dream villager list?

I made a similar post a few weeks ago but I couldn't find it to bump. Currently my permanent villagers will be:

• Kiki
• Ribbot
• Bianca
• Octavian (maybe)
• Diana
• Sylvana

I have four spots left in my town (although strongly considering Julia for one of them), and I plan to rotate the spots until I find villagers I want to keep. So tell me about your favorite villagers (especially if they're Lazy or Smug) and why I should invite them if I see them on a mystery island! Keep in mind that I don't care if every personality is represented, but I would prefer not to have more than 2 of each personality.

Also, Raymond isn't coming anywhere near this island

Well, my absolute favorite is Static, the cranky squirrel. He's cute, he sings all the time, his voice is low and it's just adorable.
For lazy and smug, I suggest Kyle or Zell for smug, Hugh or Lucky for lazy. Just bc I find them cool lmao

i definitely recommend julia! i’ve got her on my island rn and while she’s not permanent, she’s super pretty and has a really nice house interior! definitely underrated imo aha

for lazy, i suggest zucker - i’ve got him on my island, too, and while i used to never be that fond of him, he’s really grown on me and he’s such a cutie! he talks about bugs a lot though, which is kinda concerning, but i suppose the lazies new passion is bugs some runner-ups are punchy, beau, and moe! they’re all a bunch of cuties ;u;

i’m highkey not fond of the smug villagers but uh, if i had to suggest any of them, i’d go with zell, lopez or phil! they’re all underrated and super cute and you can’t go wrong with any of them!

Yess I was thinking about Zell! I have Julian now - he was my smug camper - and I do like him but I can see his schtick getting old after a while

Ii love Papi as a lazy. He’s so cute. My favorite smug is Jacques. He dresses hipster and has a dance club house.

For a lazy villager, my favorite's Alphonso. I didn't really care for him, but I never disliked him, either; I talked with him every so often in New Leaf, but only if I just so happened to see him outside. Something changed because I found myself actively seeking him out and keeping more of his presents than throwing them away!

My favorite right now is Renee! She arrived with me on the island, so I've always had her. When I first saw her, I really liked her design, but talking with her made me adore her more! Her sisterly personality along with her punk-like aesthetic made it so easy for me to want her around! And when she got me for the 'surprise' birthday party - honestly, I've never loved a villager as much as I do her! I was genuinely upset when she told me she wanted to leave.

For lazy I'd recommend Bob, Punchy, Sherb, Puck, Bones, Biskit, or Lucky (does this help at all?)

And for smug, O'Hare. Maybe I'm biased but I think he's the best smug in the game, he's cute, fits the island theme, and has a hat! He's very sweet too and his house is cool

Freya is the queen of my towns, loved her for years now. I'm also fond of Midge, who seems to show up randomly in every town I've ever made.

My favorite lazies are Sherb, Erik, and Beau. All good choices imo. Filbert and Benjamin are also underappreciated lazies imo. Smug villagers that aren't Raymond, I'd vote Kidd or Shep. Both are really cute and different than your standard Marshal, Julian, or Raymond.
