Path Help! Looking for this Stone flooring QR

I've looked all over for some information on this floor tile, and I simply cannot find it. The blogs/images were dead ends or over 2 years old. I assume that it's fruitless to send an ask on a blog with no activity in 2 years.



I couldn't find it as a base-game floor, so it must be a QR Floor. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it!
