HELP ! I accidentally TT-ed a MONTH backwards? //Problem solved thankfully//

ahhh *screams*, I accidentally TT a month backwards while tt-ing to get some mail ;____;
thank gosh no one moved out ((heart attack)) :c

I was meant to TT to april fools day, but I forgot to change the month to april! and ended up tting back to the 1st of March (WHICH IS ALSO MY BIRTHDAY D

I'm so scared, should I slowly TT forward to the date im at? D: and since I already had my birthday, and tt-ed to my birthday by accident again, does that mean I won't get a birthday next year? :c im so scared gahHH :c

should I tt a day forward day by day? :/ will anyone go into boxes if I tt a day forward? D:

edit: I did a new save file trick and TT-ed froward a month again to my original date and thankfully no one has left, thanks to leeble & everyone! ;-;

I'm not sure about the birthday thing, but otherwise you just have to go slowly, day by day till you get a ping, turn it down, then three days, etc until you're all caught up. Unfortunately, however, I can't answer the birthday question u.u

You could do the new save file trick to check if anyone moves out all the way to the present. Only one villager will get the idea to move out for any given leap, if that makes sense to you.

This is so sad Once on my WW game I skipped a whole 2 moths forward(by accident) and 2 of my most favourite villagers were gone and they were replaced by rubbish villagers But this situation is a bit worse as you don't know what to do D:

Just time travel each day forward. Talk to each and every villager every day, see if they ping, if someone is planing on moving. Keep a note beside you taking notes of each day and who you have talked to. I had to time travel about a month to get a certain villager I wanted out. Day by day...

For you birthday, don't worry. You will be celebrating it as normal every time the day comes around.

All I can say is you're VERY lucky you went backwards. If you'd gone forwards we would have a veryyyyy very different story on our hands. That's how my gf lost Hamphrey :/ Accidentally went forward a month.

Hmm you could try tt-ing day by day, but make sure to talk to some of your villagers each day, or else maybe the friendship levels could go down and someone might move out (well i'm not sure but that happened to me with elvis) c:

Try TTing forward SLOWLY, one day at a time, at your own pace. No matter how large a chunk of time, it will only count as 1 day if you go backwards.

Whew. This happened to me exactly. Except it was at the end of February. The moment I saw snow on the ACNL home screen I quickly saved and quit and changed the date. Since you TTed backward a month,all you needed to do was TT to the original date,if your last save was that date. Eg. You sqved and quit on March 31. You accidentally timetravelled to march 1 without opening your mayor character. All you need to do is TT back to original date and nothing will go wrong Also,why can't nintendo automatically change the month when you TT a day forward every end of a month? It just goes back to the first of that month. It kinda gets on my nerves.

yes, I tt-ed a month to the original date, went in and no ones house plot was gone o: I think I got SUPER lucky. ;-;
it might be because just before I tt-ed a month back accidentally, coco pinged to move and I told her no? not even sure anymore but I got really lucky to not lose anyone ;-; <3
