Have you got a tan?

I'm tan in real life, but my character doesn't spend enough time in the sun to get one. It'd look kind of odd since my mayor has light brown hair, but why not.

I'm pale IRL and so my mayor reflects that because she wears a hat and I don't play daily anymore.
Last summer I hated the tanning. I didn't know it was a thing until my mayor was really, really dark. I just bought an umbrella and a hat to get rid of it.

I love tanning in game. Last summer, I had the darkest tan I could get. Now, though, my accessories don't allow for it ):

Even though I've played for an hour or two almost every day this summer during the tanning hours, I haven't gotten tan at all. Last year my character got really dark, though. It doesn't really matter to me whether or not my character gets tan.

I got a tan completely by accident by farming for some of the club tortimer island items. Its starting to wear off though which is okay with me because with the way my character is dressed the tan made him look like he is from Jersey.

Last year I got a tan because I was on bell bloom. So I played during the day to water the plants.
With the beautiful I play just before 5pm and have been missing the tanning.
Sent the mayor to the island for the first time today. Forgot to remove the sunglasses. Will be going enough to have a light tan.

I usually don't go to Club T until late at night. If I get to Club T international and it's daytime will I tan? I was going to wear a wetsuit and than jump into the water while I play my other town.

I don't play long enough to get a tan, and if I ever visit the island it's after dark. It's a shame, because I think the mildly tanned skin looks really cute.

I have a tan. It must be from my "smuggling" flowers onto the island and playing a lot during the daytime.

I used to have a bit of a tan about a week ago, but lately I've mostly been playing at night so I've lost most of my tan. ^^;

I had the darkest tan possible last year, for the entire summer. I played sooooo much. This year, I don't have one, cause I've only been playing for about 30 minutes each day.

I tried to get one with no luck. I wish my mayor would look a little more like me, but hey, they're still cute regardless.

I've had the same problem,my character has stayed pasty white ever since ingot the game which kinda sucks because I want him to be tan like me. :/

I wish. My skin tone irl is somewhere between level 2 & 3, but I don't spend enough time playing to achieve it.

I did have a dark tan, but now my character is back to normal since I've been spending most of my time playing Tomodachi Life instead of Animal Crossing.
