I'm saying this because Stitches was at my campsite this morning, and he kicked out Butch.
Have you ever had to make a hard decision kicking somebody out?

Static kicked out Rowan.
Happened recently with Chester.
Chester and Erik are my favorite Lazy villagers and both lived with me in New Leaf and now in NH. I really like the lazy villagers and wanted to experience some others that I've never had so I made the hard decision to let Chester move.
I felt bad but tried to justify it by buying his amiibo so now I can invite him back whenever I want or just invite him to the camp whenever I wanna see him lol

Yup I had to let Gayle go a few weeks ago so I could kick out my most recent villager. I've got her back now after purchasing her amiibo

All my move-outs were hard, except for Rocket and Marina (I hate Rocket and I had Marina for like a day).
I let Henry go for Static, it was the first time that someone left. Then Walt, Octavian, Kyle, Bangle, Chops and Wolfgang. I miss all of them....
Now I am making the hard decision of letting Beau go. I have three lazies and I would like to get someone new.

I'm at a point where basically every villager I kick out, its a hard decision... slowly but surely I'm getting a solid ten that I feel confident in, but then I'm always left thinking what if lol
I have Tangy, Timbra, O'Hare, Renee, Erik, Boots, Chief, Aurora, Jacques, and Ketchup... I really really like, Aurora, Jacques, and Ketchup but I'm also not completely sold on them and know they will stay in my town forever, unlike that I don't think at this point that I could let the other 7 go.

it hasn't quite happened yet but I think I'm going to have to let Apple go.. she's been my fave since New Leaf but I just don't like her as much in NH so next time she asks to leave she can go </3
i'm facing this right now as well! purrl showed up in my campsite and i've been waiting for a snooty to show up that i like (i haven't had a snooty yet on my island so this is exciting!) so i'm really happy, but i'm also conflicted on who i'm going to let leave
i'm deciding between joey and coco (i have two lazies rn and two normals), and though i think i like coco a littttllle bit more (ily2 joey!!), i already have her picture, while i don't have joey's yet

unfortunately, yes. for my dream lineup, i planned on having dobie as my cranky and currently have him on my island. however, i’ve recently run into beau during an island tour and now have him on my island, too - he’s been my favourite since before new leaf even came out in NA and i wouldn’t be able to bear getting rid of him and so, to make room for him in my dream lineup, i’ve had to make the decision to boot out dobie eventually as out of all my dream villagers, he’s my least favourite ;u;
Yes! I was in a rush trying to get Hopper from someone, and none of my unwanted villagers would move out. So, sadly, sweet Maple had to be let go (to be fair, I had 4 normals at the time, one which I'm holding to sell and the other two I couldn't part with). I was sad to see her go but will probably try to bring her back one day. That being said, my dear cranky Hopper was worth it :')

Twice! Replacing Shari with Rosie and Olive with Rod was actually very tough for me (I even broke into tears when I saw Olive's house in boxes and saw her worried about not having a place to stay yet). I know that other people may be pickier and thus have no problem kicking out villagers they don't like, but honestly in my village everyone is family to me no matter how popular or unpopular they are, so it's really sad seeing my villagers move away for that... It's admittedly made me hesitant to accept more campsite villagers from here on out.
I gave up Blaire which was really difficult, she was my favourite since wild world but I have a thing about having multiple of the same species in my town. I found Marshall on an NMT island and took him which unfortunately meant Blaire has to leave, she wasn’t original and would wear some ugly clothing so I’m kind of glad but I’d love to have her again. I have both Blaire and Marshall’s amiibo cards coming in the mail so maybe I’ll cycle them between each other. Another would be Canberra for the same reason as above, I had Sydney and only wanted one koala, I let Canberra go then regretted it so let Sydney go when I found Canberra on a mystery island again
yes...had to let go of merengue last week to make room for dom. she was with me since nl days and i invited her back via amiibo when i got my copy of nh. for some reason though, she's the one i ended up vibing with the least in nh so it wasn't entirely too difficult to say goodbye.

Not yet, but I will have to start doing it when I further acquire my dreamies... I have a list of fifteen, so that will be hard, mostly in the cases of the snooties, smugs and normals.
Snooties: Whitney/Blaire (fashion), Vivian/Diana (education)
Smug: O'Hare or Kidd
Normals: Sally/Poppy/Fauna
I would like to end with two snooties, one smug and two normals.. but it's hard and will not be fun. I feel like I need to have Diana since my town will be ancient Greece themed and her name is the equivalent of Artemis (and I live deer).. but I love Vivian's design so much :/ and on and on and on my thoughts go. No idea how to solve this. Maybe I should in the end open a poll or something and let the community over here battle it out :')
O, and I will have a hard time kicking out Buck, I know that already. He is my last starter villager (the other was Agnes), so yeah..
