Has the blue argyle tank ever been released yet?

or maybe it was meant to be a Gracie store item like all the other similar design shirts, but something messed up and it was never caught

Sad that it didn't get released. It's the last item I need to complete my collection.
Not happy with a missing spot in my catalog.
