the quatily has gone down before everything was clear and great now its choppy and crappy! I don't think its my computer well anyone else noticed? It might have something to do with all new members that came idk?

I would clear your cache. You can do that by going to "Clear Private Data" in FF. Not sure how to do it in IE though.

well, your router's been sucky. It keeps closing me out when we wi-fi.
