Happy Home Order tab question

When I pick up a new client in Happy Home Paradise, I start looking through all of the items. But I want to know what the "Order" tab is? I understand that at the top are the required items. But what are all the other items below? I see new items that I assume the client will like as part of the vacation home theme. But the rest of the items are ones I have used in the past.

Are these all items that I need to use? Or are they suggested for this particular home? What is the point of the order tab?

So in HHP, with each client, you unlock items to use in all future HHP projects. The Order tab is all the items you've unlocked from doing that specific villager's request. It's all the items that Nintendo thinks would fit in with the theme for that house.
