Well I do have that purple drank. But nah, real syrup is great, I've only had it a handful of times because it's rare to come by and when you do find it here it's super expensive.

My neighbor is making maple syrup, my family used to make some too.. and I just ate maple ice cream with maple sugar and maple syrup on the top. Maple syrup everywhere!

It's expensive here too.

iirc, maple syrup prices are tied to fuel prices, because gas-powered dryers are used in the fields during the extraction process.
