Hand held or tv?

I play mostly docked. It's nice to have larger screen and better speakers. I also have a USB keyboard connected to the dock so I can type easier for letters and online.

I use both because I share with my sister. Usually one of us uses the tv, then we swap when the other one's switch starts to die and cycle continues

I tend to take my Switch with me to bed, but I prefer playing docked with a Switch gamecube controller

Handheld mostly but I recently purchased a small 32" tv for use with animal crossing and the game is absolutely gorgeous on the larger screen!!

Docked, most of the time. My first AC game was CF, so t.v. is my preference anyway. It's also a lot easier on my neck, tbh.

Holding the black controller thingy is infinitely more comfortable than holding the console for long periods of time, too.

I'm a hand held gamer however I will say acnh splatoon and mario kart are better on the tv especially with surround sound,,
Handheld. I got the lite because I care 0% about playing Nintendo games on a tv... it just feels wrong? ESP growing up on literally just a game boy and the 3 iterations of the DS
But I’m sure AC is beautiful full-screen~

Acnh has breath taking graphics,,

the tv !!! its nice to play bc ive got it in my own room so its like My Area...tho i get some back neck pains after a few hours...i need to sit somewhere that isnt my bed oops
if i do handheld for more than 10 minutes my adhd starts kicking in and i try to check my phone too often to make Any progress at all

Handheld. Its more convenient for me. I started with NL so it also feels more natural

I usually play it docked during the day and/or most of the night. If it's either pretty late or my bro wants to play something else on my TV, then I'll play it handheld.

I play on my TV! My joycons broke (driftin') so I bought a Pro Controller and I just tried it out and loved it!

I used to play handheld a lot though but not since quarantine...oh and DRIFTIN'!

When I started the game it was mostly on the tv to take it all in... but nowadays for trading and casual play its much easier to do handheld. I like the option of having either because initially I started playing AC as a handheld game (Wild World) and was putoff by having to sit in front the tv and set everything up to chill with my town (which is why I never played City Folk)

I play exclusively handheld, I started with wild world and never had gamecube or city folk, Wild World and New Leaf both being handheld made me really feel like this one is for handheld too. To each their own however

I play both but prefer handheld. It just feels better and it’s way easier to type with the touchscreen.

I use the tv when I wanna chill and lay in bed but handheld if I bring my switch anywhere (duh) or watching a stream/ my bf play games (i have a shelf next to my pc and I just pull the switch out of the dock on the shelf and use the kickstand) since looking at the tv from my desk hurts my neck after a sec

I prefer my tv because the game colors are more vivid and its just nicer to play on a bigger screen imo

I bought the switch thinking i was only ever gonna play handheld, although someone gave me an old tv that fits at the end of my bed and so now (mainly because my joycons have started drifting) i only play docked on my small tv with my procontroller
Only downside is i have to wear my glasses to see my TV because its too far away lol (im short sighted, so i can see things close up but not far away. If i was playing in handheld i wouldnt need them)

mostly docked because my joycons drift too much and it's annoying :/ so i just play on the tv with the pro controller

Handheld and TV, but more handheld for this game.

I've also reached new heights of laziness: gooseneck holding my switch screen up as I lay in bed with my pro controller. My new favorite.

I play mostly handheld! but I play docked on the tv occasionally since my family sometimes like to see me play :'D
and I also play tabletop mode too ahaha
it really just depends on my mood!
